We started where you are
In 2013, our founders were running facilities and leasing operations for a mid-sized commercial property group. They were working with four different systems that didn't talk to each other, maintaining asset registers in Excel, and chasing maintenance updates by phone.
They couldn't find software that handled the full operational picture — so they built it. Meridians started as an internal tool and became a platform when other operators asked for access.
Today, Meridians serves real estate professionals managing offices, industrial parks, retail centres, and residential properties across 20+ countries — with tens of millions invested in R&D and a team of 200+ focused on one thing: making your operations better.

Founded
Meridians is founded by a team of real estate operators and software engineers who experienced firsthand the limitations of existing property management tools.
First Platform Launch
First version of the property management module launched, focusing on work order management and inspection scheduling for commercial office buildings.
Asset & Leasing Modules
Full asset lifecycle management and leasing CRM modules launch, completing the core three-pillar platform that underpins Meridians today.
IoT Integration
Smart building integration layer launched, connecting access control, smart meters, parking systems, and environmental sensors into the platform.
AI Agents Introduced
Six AI agents deployed across the platform, beginning with the Finance and Asset agents and expanding to cover all core operational functions.
